Calculating from todays time in simple java, no odometer

based on 40 million died by Nov 4 2008, and 4,830,000 die per year.
this uses the local computer's time at present, so should be passed real Geneva time by the server
as well as the total dead on Nov 4 and the dead per year variables. After that it would not need to contact server
Note that by this algorithm, the first smokers died on July 26, 2000
